South Carolina AG to prosecute undocumented immigrant in hit-and-run death of USC student

On Friday, South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced that his office will prosecute the undocumented immigrant who is accused of killing a University of South Carolina student in a hit-and-run.
