Simone Ashley has reportedly landed a potentially big new role!

The 30-year-old actress is the latest new addition to the cast of the upcoming The Devil Wears Prada 2, according to Deadline.

Filming is currently underway on the upcoming sequel, with production taking place in both New York City and Italy.

While sources confirmed Simone‘s casting, there are currently no other details on who she will play.

With production filming in Italy, Simone is ALSO in Italy, as she posted on Monday (July 7) that she visited Rome for the first time ever.

“First time in Rome 🇮🇹 My best pal was also my tour guide for a few days – thank you thank you @marco.capaldo this was the best trip ever ✨🙏🏾,” she captioned a set of photos and a video checking out the sights.

Simone is the second new actor to join the sequel, and one of the stars of the original movie has been revealed to not be returning.
