Robert Irwin is apologizing for a situation he found himself in recently!

The 21-year-old son of the late Steve Irwin recently shared a video on his Instagram detailing a “funny story” that happened at a restaurant in Australia.

According to Robert, he forgot to pay for his food at the restaurant! In the video, he explained the situation.

Robert shared in his video that he was in the city of Coffs Harbour when he stopped into Jetty Pavilion to order some food to go. He went on to share that the video was extremely busy when he visited, saying in the video, “Little did I know this place is the place to be.”

According to Robert, the crowd at the restaurant “turned into a bit of a frenzy” when he stopped to greet his fans and say hi to the people who recognized him. During all the excitement, Robert was given his meal and he headed out of the restaurant, only to realize the next morning that he hadn’t paid.

“I just did the old dine and dash,” Robert said in the video and went on to say that he felt “terrible” for what he did.

The upcoming Dancing with the Stars contestant revealed in the video he called and offered to pay, but the restaurant declined. Instead, he said the restaurant just asked him to give them a shoutout on social media, which he did in the video.
