Nebraska football was able to land transfer portal running back target Dante Dowdell. The running back made the announcement on Saturday night. Dowdell originally played at Oregon. He was a four-star recruit in the 2023 class. Dowdell appeared in six games, and carried the ball 17 times for 90 yards. He was productive in doing so, averaging 5.3 yards per carry.
