Kevin Jonas Reveals How He Lost 'Most' of His Money During Jonas Brothers Hiatus

Kevin Jonas is revealing the reason he nearly went totally broke.

The 37-year-old musician appeared alongside brothers Nick and Joe on the Monday (June 7) episode of The School of Greatness podcast.

During the podcast, Kevin explained the mistakes he made during the Jonas Brothers hiatus that nearly cost him everything.

During the podcast episode, Kevin opened up about losing money on bad business deals. When asked by the host about how much money he lost to the bad deals, Kevin shared, “Most of it, like, down to the one 10 percent left.”

He went on to explain that he couldn’t share too many details, but revealed that a lot of the losses came from his decision to invest in “a bunch of property.” Kevin said that it “wasn’t the right partnership” for him, leading to the major financial loss.

During his musical hiatus, Kevin JonasWerner, a real estate development company that built luxury homes in the Manhattan area. Kevin also invested in a number of other companies during the band’s hiatus, including a food app he founded called Yood.

If you didn’t know, Kevin will be on tour later this year with his brothers.
